Lenny Kravitz and Quavo lit up the stage during an iconic collaborative performance at the 2024 VMAs.

On Wednesday (September 11) night, Kravitz first rocked the VMA stage solo, performing his hit "Human" in New York's UBS Arena. With his guitar in hand, Kravitz donned white fur and a rhinestone chest piece as he belted lyrics to the track.

Quavo then joined Kravitz onstage for an electrifying performance of their song "Fly." The duo released the hit last month as a reimagination of Kravitz's 1998 track "Fly Away."

Ahead of the ceremony, Kravitz's "Human" won the award for Best Rock. The rock star dedicated the honor to his late mother, who he recalled attending the VMAs with roughly 30 years ago.

Wednesday's performance comes as Kravitz gears up for his Las Vegas residency at the MGM in October. Earlier this year, Kravitz released his latest album, Blue Electric Light.
